Healthy Breakfast Ideas – Cage Free Eggs

Hardboiled Eggs
It’s a very old topic of what is the right way to boil eggs? It’s simple. Put eggs gently in a pan and cover with cold water. Put on heat and bring to a boil and immediately remove the pan from heat. leave the eggs and the pan with cover, let them stand for 10 to 12 minutes, Then put eggs under cold running water for 2 minutes, they are ready to be served. You can eat boilded egg alone which is what I like, or add them to your salads will make great taste too.

Scrambled Eggs with Milk
If you have time in the morning, you can try this receipe from Dr. Perricone’s receipe book.
Ingredients for 2 serves
4 cage-free eggs
1/4 cup organic milk
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
to taste salt and pepper
Preparation
Whip eggs and milk in a large bowl until combined well. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and saute onion until translucent, stirring frequently. Pour eggs into skillet and cover with lid for 30 seconds. Remove lid and with large spoon stir egg mixture, making sure to scrape mixture off bottom of pan. Continue to cover and mix until scrambled to desired consistency. Serve hot with grated parmesan cheese and add salt and pepper to taste.
